Please turn on all lights and open blinds before we arrive. We can't clean what we can't see and we want to do the best cleaning possible for you.
Do I need to vacuum before the crew arrives?
Please vacuum the areas to be cleaned before we arrive. If you need us to vacuum please let us know 24 hours before your appointment, so we can plan accordingly.
Please leave a space in your driveway closest to the entry of your home for our van.
What do you consider a room?
We consider an average size room to be no larger then 200 sq. ft. Living room/dining room combos are considered two areas. Any area over 200 square feet but less than 400 square feet is priced as two areas. Non-standard areas (baths, halls, landings, walk-in-closets, etc.) are priced separately from the standard areas, usually combined as one additional room. Please know that these room sizes may vary by location.
How long will it take to clean my carpets?
On average, it will take approximately 20 to 30 minutes per room. This time can vary greatly depending on how soiled the carpets are and any necessary spot removal treatments.
Do you move furniture?
No, we ask that you move the items that you want off the floor prior to our arrival. You can put smaller items up on beds or couches, so we can cover more areas. Sorry, we schedule and price our appointments around our average time per room for cleaning and not moving and replacing furniture. We appreciate your understanding.
How long will it take for my carpet to dry?
Unlike traditional steam cleaning where your carpets may get soaked and take 1-2 days or longer to dry, our process is typically dry in 1-2 hours. Preventing mold , loosening of the carpets and other potential problems
Do you guarantee removal of all spots or stains in the carpet?
We cannot guarantee that we will remove all spots or stains. There are substances that can permanently discolor the carpet fibers. The age of the carpet and the type of carpet fibers also plays a factor in this. The technician will try to determine if this is the case prior to cleaning but they are not always able to determine this before trying to remove the spots.
Do I have to be home while you are cleaning?
No. As long as we have access to a hidden key or code, we just need to call and do a credit card payment over the phone prior starting the job. We can take before and after pictures for you and text them to you along with a professional receipt.
